Purpose of Job:
IT Business Analyst / Project Manager for Consumer Care
Key stakeholders External Internal: Business Head / Site Head Corporate IT
Reporting structure Role directly reports to: Bhavesh Gandhi Positions that report into this role:
Essential Qualifications Graduate, Post Graduate preferable
Graduation from Engineering discipline would be an added advantage
Essential Experience a) Minimum 10-12 Years of IT experience
b) Minimum 7-8 years- experience of Business-IT experience (enabling Business as a support function)
c) Minimum 7-8 years- experience as Business Analyst / Project Manager role
d) Core experience in requirement gathering, testing, roll-outs and change management
e) Experienced in roll out of both SAP and non-SAP application
f) Training of Business Stakeholders during roll-out and ongoing support
g) Dual Reporting (Corporate IT / Business) would be an added advantage
h) Exposure to basic end-user support would be an added advantage
i) Working in Manufacturing environment is desirable
j) Experience of working in United Kingdom would be an added advantage

Key Roles/ Primary Responsibilities (80-85%) - Application Support/Roll Out:
- Business Relation Manager role with various business functions & technical functions for the below points :
a. Internal Customer Management,
b. Software Development Life Cycle
c. Budget Management
d. Business Process Management
e. Vendor Management
- Play an active role in Project Implementation / Roll-outs as a Business Analyst / Project Manager (SAP & non-SAP e.g. HRMS, Quality Management Systems, Helpdesk / Project Management tools, Collaboration tools, etc.)
- Be part of Core Project teams for any IT initiative
- Be the IT Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for Business
- Manage internal business stakeholder expectations before Project Initiation, during Project Execution and post Go-Live and effective Change Management
- Project Management : Monitoring / Tracking of project milestones / action items, effective Status Reporting to key stakeholders, Escalation
- Usage of tools like MS Projects, Visio etc.
- Requirement gathering and analysis, Identify opportunities for business process automation and highlight key benefits to the business, Converting Business Requirements into IT specifications
- Training business stakeholders during IT project roll outs
Additional (Secondary) Responsibilities (15-20%) - assist Infrastructure team based at other site/location where hands and feet support is required for the below activities:
- Provide helpdesk support and resolve problems to the end user's satisfaction
- Monitor and respond quickly and effectively to requests received through the IT helpdesk
- Monitor Service Desk for tickets assigned to the queue and process first-in first-out based on priority
- Modify configurations, utilities, software default settings, etc. for the local workstation
- Utilize and maintain the helpdesk tracking software
- Document internal procedures
- Assist with on-boarding of new users
- Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software
- Maintain inventory of all equipment, software and software licenses
- Report issues for escalation
- Manage PC setup and deployment for new employees using standard hardware, images and software
- Assign users and computers to proper groups in Active Directory
- Perform timely workstation hardware and software upgrades as required-
