Purpose of Job :

- Market research and micro-market analysis

- Preparing investment presentation and IC notes

- Financial statement and Balance sheet analysis

- Financial modelling for debt and equity transactions

- Coordinating with various third party consultants for due diligence,

- Documentation and post investment monitoring

Key stakeholders External Internal :

- Developers

- Third party consultants

- Trustees

- Senior Management

Reporting structure Reports to Associate Principal/ Investment Manager Positions that report into this role

Currently NIL

Essential Qualifications : CA/ MBA in Finance from a Top B school

Essential Experience : 2 years of experience in market research/ investment banking/ financial services

- Should have worked with leading banks/ NBFCs/ IPCs

Knowledge :

- Proficient with MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word

- Skilled in report writing, financial modeling and market research

- Good understanding of private equity real estate market in India

Action :

- Ability to be a self-starter and think strategically

- Strong analytical background with a research bent of mind

Care - Maintain healthy relationships with colleagues, Developer's team and third party consultants, etc.

Key Roles/Responsibilities :

Deal Analysis : Review of potential deals, micro market and balance sheet analysis

Financial modelling : Financial modelling and sensitivity analysis for debt and equity deals

Deal presentation : Preparing internal presentation and Investment Committee notes

Coordination : Coordinating with various stakeholders - internal legal and finance team, third party consultants and Developers - team at various levels

Deal closing : Help the team in due diligence, documentation, pre and post investment compliances,

Post Investment monitoring of the sales, price trends, escrow movements etc to ensure and healthy investment and exist from the project
