Job brief:

Our financial services businesses comprising real estate financing and structured investments are scaling up rapidly. Systems, processes and technology will need to be constantly upgraded to enable this business growth. To drive this strategically important agenda on an ongoing basis, we are looking to hire an Operations Strategy specialist

- Drive the operations and technology functions of our financial services businesses

- Design and implement process flows for greater work efficiency and effectiveness for existing products as well as new products introduced

- Ensure that the technology architecture (infrastructure, applications, etc) suitably supports the processes

- Design and implement new process and technology initiatives required to enable business growth

Experience & Qualification:

- MBA from top tier/ tier 1 institute

- Additional relevant qualifications/certifications, e.g., lean, Six Sigma

- 6+ years relevant experience in Big 4 (KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, EY) or specialized firms such as ECS Limited

Essential requirements:

- Exposure to service operations and technology in financial services sector

- Deep experience in business process re-engineering and technology solutions redesign

- Deep experience in both design and implementation aspects

- Ability to work with senior leadership and management teams across business units

- Program management skills for driving process and technology changes

- Comfort in dealing with ambiguity
