Piramal Fund - Analyst Promoter Financing Team - CA/IIM/FMS/ISB/TISS

Level : Manager or equivalent.

Experience required : 2 years in a financial services/corporate finance role.

Target Firms : NBFCs or an equity research firm.

Educational Qualification : CA/MBA from a Tier I Institute.

Role :

- To assist the senior team members in deal execution and monitoring.

- Assist in the analysis/due diligence effort for new deals.

- Prepare IC notes, financial models and presentation materials.

- Coordinate post IC documentation and disbursement processes with internal legal/finance teams.

- Daily monitoring of price movements of underlying security and cover ratios.

- Run screeners on financial databases such as Bloomberg, Capitaline to identify leads for origination.
