Job Description - Key Roles/Responsibilities:

- Well versed with legal, compliances and operational issues for Housing Finance Companies/NBFCs and RBI related issues

- Well versed with various modes of financing such as loans, NCDs, ICDs, etc.

- Familiar with operational processes pertaining to disbursement of retail loans (esp. home loans)

- Ability to draft, negotiate financing/security documents for retail loans, loans to real estate based SMEs and construction finance

- Ability to liaise and co-ordinate with internal stakeholders (i.e. business, credit, operations team, etc.) and external counterparties (i.e. law firms, borrowers, etc.)

- Familiar with recovery/collection related processes

- Ability to read and interpret title reports and must be well versed with title related/registration/stamp duty related issues

- Experience in leading teams

- Strong communication and presentation skills
