Key Roles/Responsibilities :

Requirement Analysis & Technology Design

- Work closely as part of the Piramal FS to define the portal architecture aligned with business objectives and target operations architecture for businesses under Piramal Capital e.g. CFG, ECL, Real Estate Financing etc

- Assist in evaluating existing IT systems (As-is) and recommend technology solutions (To-be) based on market benchmarks / industry best practices in alignment with business growth plans or long term vision

- Work closely with multiple stakeholders (e.g. Digital marketing and branding teams, Sales, Product, IT Infra, System Integrators, UI/UX designers ) to help translate business requirements into technical specifications. Work with the IT team to elicit and document detailed Business Requirements (BRDs) for technology and orchestrate solution implementation in-line with requirements

- Drive the complete assessment of technology solutions for business from a functional and technical perspective, and recommend solutions / options for technology-driven process improvement e.g.: "use of mobility in transaction processing"

Data Management :

- Conduct business and data analysis to help identify the data points generated along various stages of the business system, model business entities and their relationships in terms of data

Implementation :

- Drive the implementation of on-going and envisaged technology projects for businesses under Piramal Capital

- Drive the in-house IT team and be responsible for project and vendor management in the required technology implementations

- Liaise with external consultants, internal stakeholders (business heads and teams) and IT team during implementation of the required technology platforms

- On an ongoing basis, help evolve business requirements for technology and data/reporting, as businesses scale up or technology undergoes evolution

Successfully engage in and drive multiple initiatives simultaneously
