PICO Capital Pvt. Ltd., (formerly Pinkhem Investments Co Pvt Ltd.,) is a Mumbai based NBFC located in the Parel/Lalbaug area. We invest in a range of asset classes - stocks, bonds, real estate, commodities, structured products, and alternatives. Key Tasks :
- Preparing balance sheet, profit and loss statement & other reports.
- Preparation of income/service tax returns.
- Tax planning and evaluating tax angle of various investment opportunities.
- Manage all banking operations of the group at corporate level.
- Create MIS reports for Management
- Devise the growth and performance targets of IRR for group.
- Coordinate and consolidate all audit and tax planning for group at corporate level.
Desired Canditate Profile :
- Applicant should be compliance driven
- Ability to critically interact with various Auditors/Tax Consultants, Company Secretary etc.,
- Excellent communication skills and command over English
Requirements :
- Applicant must submit a copy of his/her CV to be considered for the position

- Notice period
CTC : Rs. 7 to 12 Lakhs. Commensurate with experience and ability
