- Drive overall sales of rewards product, with sales teams.  - Responsible for overall sub-business unit.  - Good experience into sales & marketing  - Responsibilities include Pre sales, New Business Development, collection, Key Accounts and coordination on for the desired geography.  - Develop sales strategy for different market segments / mini markets by identifying and penetrating into new segments.  - Increase the existing sales, identify and build new distributors and Channel partner networks.
