Job Description :
1) Ensure the increase in Fevicol Champion Clup registrations year on year
2) Improve the banking of points in the field through marketing initiatives
3) Improve the redemption of points in the field through marketing initiatives
4) Common branding at Redemption Centre and WSS Redemption Centre
5) Ensuring SLAs are adhered by RCIs (Redemption Centre Incharges)
6) Branding at the outlets by designing of the POS
7) Communication strategy for increase in FCCR participation
8) Design of the Gift catalogues
9) Use of various tools of Marketing like SMS, OBD, referrals, digital, mobility, etc to improve effectiveness
10) Ensure Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is maintained for all Gifts
11) Evaluate process to reduce delivery timeline for Gifts
12) Ensuring smooth flow between H K Data, Redemption Centre's and FCC HQ
Candidate Profile :
Education : MBA or equivalent from reputed B School
Experience : 5-8 Years
Should have exposure to Customer engagement Program
