Pidilite - Branch Manager - Retail Sales

We are looking at Branch Manager's across our Business Divisions and across locations for Retail Sales .

Brief Role of the Branch Manager :

- Sales Management

- Implementation of Market Development Module

- Performance Management of sales force

- Scheme Management

- Trade & WSS Management

- Receivables Management

- Sales Forecasting & Inventory Management

Key Specification

- MBA/PGDM - Marketing, with minimum 3 years of Sales experience

- Should have Team Management experience preferably of on roll employees

- Distribution and Channel Management experience is required

Required Skills:

- Good Analytical and reporting skills

- Good in collaboration and team work

- High in Conceptual ability and excellence in execution

- Good communication, self-motivated and good negotiation skill

- Excellent inter personal skills to engage effectively with external and internal team members

- Good at Systems and Processes

- Ability to manage teams
