Responsibilities:

- Responsible for overall Branch Value Sales Achievement & Volumes for Regular / Volume Building products

- Responsible for execution of Key & Major Initiatives in the areas of:

a) Drive distribution targets for New Products as per guidelines

b) Execution of channel management by covering gaps in market servicing, outlet coverage gaps

- Responsible for Whole-Sales stockiest(WSS) Management : appointment/improvement / discontinuation of Exception WSS

- Sales Operation Management:

a) Preparation/Updation of Daily Route Call Plan (DRCP) ? on a quarterly basis

b) Removal of gaps in ISR & TSI sanctioned manpower vs actual

c) Ensure norms accomplishment for Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) / Institutional Sales Representative (ISR), Productivity & Range Selling

d) Review & guide for improvement of TSI Scorecard

- Inventory Management

- Relationship Management:

a) Strengthen relationship with Dealers through proper implementation of DRM & DFRM modules

b) Lead by example in strengthening user contact program by engaging with key users

- Review & Appraise performance against KRAs for your team

- MIS generation & analysis

Reporting Structure:

Immediate Reporting to- Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM)

Your Reporting Team : TSIs (Territory Sales Incharge) (approx. 12 team members)

Candidate Profile:

Educational Requirement:

- Post Graduation qualification: MBA or equivalent from a reputed B-School Preferred .

- Graduation qualification: Science / Commerce graduate (with more workex as mentioned below)

Work Experience : 3 - 8 Years

Preferred Industries: Plywood / Laminates, Adhesives, Paints, Construction Chemicals, Automobiles, Auto Ancillaries; Hardcore FMCG is not preferred.

Key Skills Required:

- Good Communication in Local Language & English

- Excellent Selling & Negotiating Skills.

- Excellent Analytical Skills

- Good People management capabilities.
