Core:  - Responsible for overall Branch Sales Value Achievement & volume for Regular / Volume Building products  - Execution of Identified Major and Key Initiatives in the areas of Distribution Expansion, WSS Management and Sales Operation  Norm based depot audit to Identify stock & plan liquidation:  - Collection of receivables.  - Communicate & execute all commercial policies to WSS  - Dealer Management  - Recruitment and retention of direct reportee  a) Identification, retention and recruitment of TSI  b) Adherence to PPMS policy & timelines  - Collection and Updation of Competitive data/market intelligence, MS/potential mapping for key products  - Identify markets where Market development work is to be carried out and ensuring dealer involvement and merchandising  - Implementation of Market development Work through TSIs as per Work plan  Supporting:  - Identification of Key User segment  - Engage with CMDI and ensure Market development Work is carried out as per Work plan and results obtained. Participate in mega meets and end user contact  Candidate Profile:  - Incumbent should have an MBA / PGDBA Degree in Marketing from a premier B School with minimum 4 yrs of experience in Sales & Channel Management (Dealer / Distribution management)  - The incumbent must have strong leadership & communication skills.  - The candidate must be open to relocate in any part of the country. Candidates from FMCG / Consumer Durable / Paint Industry will be preferred.
