Pidilite - Branch Manager

This position is for our Consumer Products - Art Material, Stationery and Fabric care Division (ASF)

The incumbent would be responsible for :

- Retail Channel Management

- Field Marketing initiatives

- Responsible for overall Branch Sales Value Achievement & volume for Regular / Volume Building products

- Execution of Identified Major and Key Initiatives in the areas of Distribution Expansion, WSS Management and Sales Operation

- Norm based depot audit to Identify stock & plan liquidation:

- Collection of receivables.

- Communicate & execute all commercial policies to WSS

- Dealer Management

- Collection and Updation of Competitive data/market intelligence, MS/potential mapping for key products

- Identify markets where Market development work is to be carried out and ensuring dealer involvement and merchandising

- Implementation of Market development Work through TSI's as per Work plan

- Handle team with leadership quality

Candidate Specification :

- Candidate must have a Post Graduate Degree in Marketing Management with 5 - 10 years experience in Sales in FMCG / Stationary / Consumer Durable organization

- Must have strong leadership / team handling skills

- Must have excellent analytical and inter - personal skills
