Pidilite - Branch Manager

Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for the sales from Mid size Builder projects / sites for the Construction Chemicals range of products.

- Handling a team of project sales officers.

- Route to market would be to seek approval from Builders and their associated consultants. Hence the incumbent would have to get product approved, provide correct solutions and then engage with Civil contractors, Painting contractors or WP contractors to use the material.

- Should have excellent track record in building rapport with consultants, builders, contractors and trade in building and construction Industries

- Analyzing competition in assigned geography and effectively protecting the market share

- Effective management of channel partners (distributor management ), building and maintaining long term relationships with them

- Managing receivables and Discounts under tight control and under approved limits.

- Providing end user feedback on products, systems and policies, for improvement

- Accurate sales forecasting and devising sales strategy accordingly

- End user management- applicator development and mentoring with an overall end to end service approach to customer.

Candidate Profile:

Experience: 4 to 8 years experience in building Material Industry / Paints / Cement / Playwood / Ceramics for project sales though channel partners, builders and Consultants.

- Excellent Team Management Skills

- Strong persuasion/relationship skills

- Excellent interpersonal and communication(Written and Oral) skills

- Analytical skills and an eye for detail

Area Covered : Entire Andhra, Karnataka and Bangalore Area.

Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad

Education : Science Graduate with a Management Degree in Sales / Marketing./ Civil Engg degree with MBA
