1. Responsible for overall Branch Value Sales Achievement & Volumes for Regular / Volume Building products.
2. Responsible for execution of Key & Major Initiatives in the areas of -
a. Drive distribution targets for New Products as per guidelines
b. Execution of channel management by covering gaps in market servicing, outlet coverage gaps
3. Responsible for Whole-Sales stockiest(WSS) Management : appointment/improvement / discontinuation of Exception WSS
4. Sales Operation Management:
a. Preparation/Updation of Daily Route Call Plan (DRCP) – on a quarterly basis
b. Removal of gaps in ISR & TSI – sanctioned manpower vs actual
c. Ensure norms accomplishment for Territory Sales Incharge (TSI) / Institutional Sales Representative (ISR) Callage, Productivity & Range Selling.
d. Review & guide for improvement of TSI Scorecard.
5. Inventory Management
6. Relationship Management:
a. Strengthen relationship with Dealers through proper implementation of DRM & DFRM modules.
b. Lead by example in strengthening user contact program by engaging with key users
7. Review & Appraise performance against KRAs for your team.
8. MIS generation & analysis.
