Execution of Identified Major and Key Initiatives in the areas of Distribution Expansion, WSS Management and Sales Operation  3.	Norm based depot audit to Identify stock & plan liquidation:  4.	Collection of receivables.  5.	Communicate & execute all commercial policies to WSS   6.	Dealer Management  7.	Recruitment and retention of direct reportee  1. Identification, retention and recruitment of TSI  2. Adherence to PPMS policy & timelines  8.	Collection and Updation of Competitive data/market intelligence, MS/potential mapping for key products  9.	Identify markets where Market development work is to be carried out and ensuring dealer involvement and merchandising   10.	Implementation of Market development Work through TSI’s as per Work plan  Supporting:  -	Identification of Key User segment  -	Engage with CMDI and ensure Market development Work is carried out as per Work plan and results obtained. Participate in mega meets and end user contact  Candidate Profile:  Incumbent should have an MBA / PGDBA Degree in Marketing from a premier B School with 2 – 3 yrs of experience in Sales & Channel Management. The incumbent must have strong leadership & communication skills. The candidate must be open to relocate in any part of the country. Candidates from FMCG / Consumer Durable / Paint Industry will be preferred.
