Profile:
- 5 -8 years experience in a large corporate from relevant industry
- Handling the south Kerala
- Execution of channel management by covering gaps in market servicing,
- Manage the WSS Infrastructure effectively to achieve right distribution and sales goals
- Scheme implementation and providing feedback for improving scheme effectiveness to RSM.
- Recruitment and retention of team and capability building
Identification, Retention and Recruitment of TSI/CMDI:
- Analyzing competition for the clusters and effectively protecting the market share
- Effective management of frontline personnel by reviewing preparation/progress of Work-plan for TSIs/CMDIs in all territories under cluster to achieve the desired sales and market development goals
- Ensure effective receivables management of inventory at distributor locations for clusters responsible.
- Experience in any B2B sector although Construction Chemicals/ Paints / Cement / Ceramics / Tiling / Building Materials/ Elevator companies will be the preferred target group
