- All we require is a mindset of a co-founder of a startup + key experience in eCom/online(any area) + knowledge/credentials.

Qualifications :

Role : CTO & Co-founder

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree (PhD/MS/B-Tech) in Computer Science from premier institutes, Information Systems, MBA or other related field (or has equivalent work experience) . IIT/ BITS/NIT/IIM/Ivy League/Stanford/MIT/ISB equivalent preferred.

- Should be able to handle the full tech stack from android/ios to back end and with coding skills in primarily Java & android and web designing.

- Knowledge of AI and Bot will be preferred.

- Prior Startup experience will be helpful

- Prior eCommerce /online venture experience will be AWESOME! (successful or not)

- Confidence + exp in pitching to investors/VC.

- Known people in the industry are preferred.

- Fresher's from reputed institutes must apply.

Compensation :

- ESOP (Sweat Equity) only as of now. You will have to bear your financial responsibilities from your own savings and work mostly full time here. You have to a entrepreneur at heart and mind.

- The suitable candidate will be the core member of Founding Team and lead all the Technical and Managerial aspects of the venture.

- The role is certainly challenging but if you are born for doing something big then we assure you that this the right place and time

Investment

- Be prepared to invest as and when required in project.
