Job : Branch Manager operations

Location : Ahmedabad

Experience in years : Min 2 years in broking operations

Responsibilities:

- Manage various branch operation and Knowledge in securities and funds pay-in / out to clients

- Co ordination with banks and with exchanges along with clients

- Ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance

- Ensuring service excellence to enhance portfolio, control retention and better cross sell

- Ensuring policy adherence and meeting the TAT.

- Data Analysis & Sharing of best practices with team.

- Efficient operation of the branch to ensure all operational functions are completely and properly performed by the staff while conveying a feeling of service, security and satisfaction to customer and staff.

- Conducting business development activities to achieve business target.
