DESCRIPTION : You will assist the India MSA Analytics and Governance Team with a host of financial processes - MIS reporting, Analysis support, Driving a culture of stewardship and Audit management. Key requirements are good attention to detail, ensuring accurate reporting and presentation of reports in a professional manner, ability to successfully handle multiple reporting requests. Key Responsibilities : - You will be responsible for periodically downloading SAP reports, analysing changes vs previous estimates - You will work on actuals tracking, monthly and quarterly forecast submissions - You will drive the monthly, quarterly drumbeat on all MSA Governance process - You will enable the analysis of monthly PSR/POS for all customers to identify insights and optimize MSA spends - You will be the process owner of CSA and manager all MSA GIA audit - You will be responsible for closure of all CSA/GIA observations Desired Skills : - You should have the ability to be flexible, follow tight deadlines, organize and prioritize work - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint (Advanced level in MS Excel) - Hands on experience on Dashboards/Reports; familiarity with SAP software - You should possess ability to work independently with minimal supervision - You should have strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and disseminate significant amounts of information accurately - You should have good oral and written communication skills QUALIFICATIONS : Qualification Required : - Post Graduates/Graduates (Commerce background preferably) - Prior experience of 2 or more years as MIS Analyst, Data Analyst experience What we Offer : - Meaningful work from day one in a dynamic, diverse, multi-cultural and flexible working environment impacting future business results. - Excellent personal and professional development possibilities. - Dynamic and supportive workenvironment - employees are at the core, we value every individual and support initiatives, promoting agility and work/life balance.: Just so you know : We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
