Reporting to the Head of Performance and Reward, this role has key responsibility for managing day-to-day activity within the Comp & Benefits team, as well as supporting on annual performance review processes and special projects.

Key Responsibilities of the Manager – Performance and Reward

Performance Management

- Administer annual performance review exercise

- Review guidelines, set timelines and provide inputs to performance management framework

Total Rewards

- Administer pay against internal and external market benchmarks

- Support annual salary review process

- Report on identified salary and benefits surveys as necessary

- Bonus planning and administration

- Prepare data and analytics related to salary increases and bonus payouts

- Manage information w.r.t. global stock plans

- Provide qualitative and quantitative inputs to enhance HR policies

- Build and enhance techno-functional capability of the HR organisation by means of HR automation

- Prepare and validate functional requirement documents and specification through working closely with various HR process owners

- Work closely with IT team / vendors to ensure development of well integrated tool / reports

- Conduct functional tests along with process owners

- Monitor usage, identify bugs and opportunities of enhancement

Payroll administration

- Provide monthly payroll inputs to outsourced payroll vendor

- Manage first level escalations w.r.t. payroll processing

Education Qualification and experience:

- MBA/PGDM in Human Resource from XLRI, MHROD - Delhi School of Economics, TISS, Symbiosis, IMT

- 4 – 6 years experience of working in HR, with proven past experience of atleast of 2 years in compensation and benefits within a commercial organisation

Skills Required/Desired:

- Strong numerical and analytical skills is a necessity

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills

- Knowledge of labour and payroll related compliances

- High level of IT literacy and use of Microsoft office packages would be an advantage

- A proficiency in/experience using HR Management Systems (SAP or PeopleSoft) would be an advantage

- Capable of working on own projects and take additional responsibility for work load

- Ability to work in a complex, challenging and highly matrix environment

- Excellent influencing skills

- Aptitude for numbers
