Job Profile :   

    * Providing working guidelines for the creation and management of businesses, defining their roles and responsibilities and metrics for tracking their performance

    * Implementation of these guidelines in each of the business units, institutionalizing change management, making customizations and resolving conflicts

    * Administration of the Performance Management application, used to track the performance of these metrics as well as compute the quarterly variable compensation for all associates

Making PMS presentations and conducting Annual performance appraisals, in coordination with Line Managers
