Designation: Manager – Performance Improvement.
Functional Expertise: Manufacturing/ Supply Chain.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work on consulting projects in strategy, market entry strategy, growth strategy, process improvement, market research and analysis etc
- Should have managed teams and delivery
- Experience working with senior level executive clients
- Create and build relations with customers
- Customer and sales responsibility, including bidding and contract negotiations, etc.
- Project management
- Project execution
- Good analytical skills and communication skills
- The individual must be a self-starter and be comfortable functioning in a broadly positioned consulting firm
- The individual should possess an impressive executive demeanor, a team oriented and collaborative approach, and excellent presentation skills, including strong oral and writing capabilities
- Process oriented, reasonably tech savvy
- Logical thinker, fast learner
- Willing to travel
- Experience in a customer facing role is a must
- Bachelor's Degree with an MBA
