Client Servicing and Retention:
- Championing improved service delivery for existing clients
- Advisory Lead on crisis
- Ensure client retention, renewals and timely collections
- Ensuring adherence to client goal sheet and driving client reviews with the teams on timely basis
- Evolving media efficiency quotient within the team
- Ensuring client satisfaction
Team Management:
- Ensuring support and direction to the team on improving service quality
- Reviewing team performance on client and conduct load assessment
- Ensuring timely reviews of performance on the KRAs with constructive feedback
- Team engagement and motivation
- Identifying training needs
New Business Development:
- Driving revenue through NBD and VAS
- NBD presentation and ideation
