Client Servicing and Retention
1. Championing improved service delivery for existing clients
2. Advisory Lead on crisis
3. Ensure client retention, renewals and timely collections
4. Ensuring adherence to client goal sheet
5. Driving the client reviews with the teams on timely basis
6. Evolving media efficiency quotient within the team
