The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and communication skills, a proactive approach to solving business problems, and a desire to actively partner with business managers to help, shape and support successful business outcomes. Should be able to take complete ownership of the project and deliver the output with minimal guidance.   Team Lead: Experienced Engineers in IT or Analytics Professionals  Responsibilities:   - Leading a team of Analysts.   - Guiding and assisting Analysts in project execution and adhering to deadlines.   - Understanding client requirements and conveying to the team.   - Creating dashboards, reports and charts in Excel.   - Developing macros in VBA (Visual Basic Applications).   - Analyzing data  Job Qualification :   - Strong analytical and problem solving skills, and capable of synthesizing sources and large amount of data Strong business judgment and confidence to express opinions.   - Possesses quantitative skills and analytical rigor.   - Excellent written and verbal communication, and interpersonal communication skills to ensure strong collaboration between different functions.   - Attention to detail, self-directed, organized and efficient at time management Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work well under pressure.   - Expert knowledge of Excel and MS Office.   - Ability to Lead team of 3-5 members before.   - Has significant experience in client interaction and got good feedback.   - Sets expectation and exceeds them consistently.   - Experience in programming and coding is essential.
