Main Purpose :  Lead brand marketing for Lay's TM (Lay's Core, Lay's Maxx, Lay's Twistz/Crispz) and Uncle Chipps. Frame strategy for total trademark by defining role for every variant. Develop, Review, Approve and Execute brand plans against each strategic bucket. Build /maintain profitability for each variant within the portfolio. Lead regional brand portfolio strategy and ensure alignment with global brand guardrails  Accountabilities :  - Define portfolio strategy by defining role and contribution for each variant in the Lay's portfolio and Uncle Chipps  - Lead category multi-functional team to develop and execute specific brand plans for the region  - Make and monitor A&M investment plan based on business needs, role of brand in region and CUs  - Develop and execute end-to-end brand plans from innovation refinement all the way to shopper marketing.  - Lead PSP and AOP planning cycles for the brands.  - Develop complete communication toolkit, in collaboration with global groups where possible.  - Partner with global to define brand requirements and best utilize global scale
