The role builds and brokers relationships between the sector BRM team and the Global Engg and Delivery Organization, communicating and driving alignment to standard architecture and processes; manages and coordinates divisional work intake and project delivery (including technology Infrastructure request and AOP); supports development of Sector and Regions Infrastructure AOP and Strategic Plan portfolios. The role will drive the technology projects integration management across AMENA to deliver cost effective technology projects and initiatives on budget and per plan.  The role works closely with Region BRMs, Region PMOs, Sector Business Function BRM, Global Development and Delivery organization, Global CTO Engg and Delivery Organization to liaise demand and execute technology projects as per the approved Annual Operating Plan (AOP).   He or she will collaborate with the CTO Delivery and Engg, Information Security Group, Global Development and Delivery organization, Global Operations organization and vendors to deliver the technology projects.   The role will liaise with cross-functional and cross-location teams in the quality delivery of Technology Infrastructure solutions and projects to support the needs of the business, while maintaining an enterprise-wide view and focus on operational integrity.   This is a strategic position which plays a key role in the planning, integration and execution of the Infrastructure Projects  Complexity:   X-functional & partnership with Global CTO Engg and Delivery Leads to deliver Technology Infrastructure Projects across AMEA  Partnership with AMEA Region BRMs, Sector Functional BRM's to formalize business demand for Technology Infrastructure projects and provide inputs for AOP and SBP  Being the integration POC for the Infrastructure projects agenda  High complexity execution control across large and multiple Technology Infrastructure Projects  Managing the constraints and keeping executive stakeholders aligned to the plan  Multi-cultural and stakeholders management  Business Size/Scale: AMEA Sector wide. more than 12 key markets across 4 Regions (MEA, China, India and APAC), 10 different Time Zones, +15,000 Users  Accountabilities   Partner with sector CTO Engagement & Delivery Lead to develop sector Technology Services AOP (project abstracts and financial models) that is aligned with the Global CTO organization AOP, provide input to Technology Services IGP/Strategic Plan  Partner with sector and Region BRMs to liaise Technology Services projects demand, provide input and partner with region BRMs to develop Technology AOP and ensure funds and resources are properly identified and secured  Partner with the global and sector organizations to analyze and translate business demand into Technology Projects that meets business requirements, approve technical solution, provide cost estimates, resource requirements, present solution and obtain alignment from Sector and Region Stakeholders  Work x-functionality with Region BRMs, Global Development & Delivery, Global CTO Engg & Delivery, Vendors Service Providers, and Support Services Teams to manage and deliver technology projects and initiatives on time and budget  Drives Functional -technical integration management across Technology Infrastructure projects deployments and initiatives to ensure consistent end-to-end delivery and mitigate conflicts and constrains  Coordinates with Global CTO Delivery and Engg Teams to ensure applying industry standards, architecture standards, and best practices to deliver Technology Solutions D  Develop Technology Infrastructure project plans, estimates, deliverables and identify issues and risks, and report status  Proactively seeks productivity improvements in deployment of projects  Provides input to and/or approves financial decisions related to project deployment and Technology initiatives  Presents project updates together with project sponsor in senior leadership meetings  Ensures service expectations and KPIs are met for sector/division  Communicates risks, impacts and potential conflicts of change for the planned projects  Ensures proper handoffs, run books and support procedures with the appropriate teams during deployment Job Dimensions  Business Size/Scale:   Geography: AMEA Sector, 4 Regions (MEA, China, India and APAC)- 19 Markets, 10 different Time Zones  Number of Users Supported: +15.000  Total AMEA GTS AOP (Managed Services): Av $20MM  - Qualifications / Requirements  Deep understanding of Technology Services with proven record of operational excellence in a multi regions Technology services environment  10 - 12 years of related IT work experience  Solid understanding of infrastructure (compute, network, End User compute, Information Security) concepts, technology and Applications and their impact on clients and services with ability to understand complex business processes and technical environments  Excellence in execution through proper prioritization of projects  Ability to coordinate and direct activities across multiple teams during large scale technology projects with competing demands and priorities in a multi-cultural / virtual team  Demonstrated insight, tact, political acumen, and diplomacy skills sufficient to foster effective relations and build consensus within Delivery organization and with diverse groups on Information Technology (BIS)  Excellent communication, documentation, and presentation skills, including the ability to communicate and listen effectively within all levels of the organization, including executive management and key client stakeholders.  Strong relationship management skills with business partners and third parties  Demonstrated client focus & service oriented attitude with a high attention to details.  Strong project management skills.
