Our goal is to capture and convey the excitement of being part of a dynamic, results-oriented company, with powerful brands and world class people.  A career in the PepsiCo organization is intended to be an accumulation of challenging experiences over the course of many years - with each experience contributing to the growth of the individual and organization.   Each individual occupies a special place in the organizational framework and carves out a role beyond his listed job responsibilities.  Main Purpose :   - Support the long term strategic planning for food sales to deliver on set business objectives by designing and implementing channel focused sales & marketing activities  - Act as the growth driver for the region - An extremely critical role given the increased complexity of our product portfolio and GTM channel - A challenge which is further compounded by the increasing competition from national as well as regional and local players.  - Is an interface between sales and marketing who services all sales & marketing activities  - Analyze the relevant data on various brand/packs/geographical distribution/competitor bandwidths etc. to create an action plan and execute the plan through the sales team with support from CD and Marketing team.  - Be the pivot for integration of all Sales and Marketing Efforts - Execute and implement an integrated trade-marketing plan in alignment with sales and marketing functions to help sales team achieve plans.  Accountabilities :   Business Development :   - Planning and execution of AOP, including the preparation & implementation of market initiatives  - Responsible for driving the Sales Growth Score Card and review the KPIs as per strategy.  - Work closely with BU Marketing and CD team to develop the annual plan for Brand, Pack, Channel and Geography  - Region data center - Collection/ analysis/ review of region data - AC Nielson analysis, NPD, Discount Budgets - volume outcomes, Monthly Meet - Brand Plans and Volume Targets, IDG Volume split MT/TT.  - Use the data to influence the marketing initiatives and sales system to drive corrective action   - Identifying Growth Opportunities through review of Market Infrastructure and Developing local opportunities in sync with Business Unit priorities  - Drive Quarterly Census Survey to plan for Market Infrastructure  - Devise Town wise plan of outlets & Infra to arrive at Opportunities for each category of outlets  - Custodian of region initiatives like - Wholesale/Slums activities in Metros, LTC project mgmt, Planning and execution of Alternate GTM activities. Freezing quarterly Brand plans with RM/Brand team in terms of on-ground execution.  Channel Management :  - Focus on Top TT in the region   - Scoping of FSC - No. of Outlets & Vol contribution  - Partnering with CD Team and Roll out of FSC Program  - Identify issues for performance, arrive at objectives & proactive solution  - Monthly tracking & Review of performance AM Wise and ZM wise in the region   - Ensure timely execution of the BTL calendar to drive brand objectives  - Develop and Drive Channel Initiatives in the Organized and Traditional Trade, Develop & Drive new sales & marketing initiatives in emerging channels.
