Main Purpose: Leads team resources to create project solution and deliverables. Leads end to end solution delivery, within time and budget constraints. Reviews a project plan and solution design as needed to ensure alignment with strategic goals of business partners. Leads project staffing effort for delivery. Partners with business for pursuit opportunities and solution evaluation  KEY ACCOUNTABILITY  - Partners with the business to understand business needs and gather requirements for effective solutions (Documents detailed business process procedures (BPPs) around project requirements like COPC outsourcing, Credit management, invoicing solution with Modern Trade etc.   - Documents end-to-end descriptions of all activities being transformed)  - Provides content for and conducts design reviews in support of the implementation of a solution and ensures alignment with business strategy   - Serves as primary BIS contact for the business partner for end-to-end delivery of a project ( defining, developing and final delivery of business solutions)  - Leads team resources to create project solution and deliverables   - Identifies and documents project risks, resolves project issues as possible and escalates when necessary   - Partners with support service teams (e.g., readiness and training, Program Management Office (PMO)) to ensure effective solution delivery and rollout   - Define test conditions and test cycles for system testing, conducts integration testing and documents and resolves issues and gain formal acceptance of solution at the end of User Acceptance Test   - Serve as a L3 for incident management and issue resolution for existing solutions  Skills and Behavioural Attributes  - Very good knowledge of processes in the domain  - Program Management skills- ability to handle multiple projects to the tune of INR 1-1.5 crores   - Ability to network with senior stakeholders ( B1) and ability to work cross culture  - Conceptual Selling skills  - Balancing long term, short term priorities  - Ability to work in hostile environment and still align stakeholders  - Very good knowledge of IT capabilities and solutions in finance/ops/commercial domain  - Vendor Management skills  - People Management skills  - Ability to drive processes and implement within constraints of the process  KEY INTERACTIONS   Internal  - Vertical Leads, Cross functional solutions team-members  - Analytics Lead, business project managers  - CIO, Sector solution leads, GTM Director, Sales Finance Controller  - Bev, foods COOs  External  - Senior Consultants/ Business Consultants/Technical Consultants
