This position will provide PM expertise for the PeopleSoft HCM application. The focus of this position will be to support the global deployment of PeopleSoft 9.1 for twenty-three countries.

- Main responsibilities will include gathering individual country requirements, identification of changes to HR business processes, identification of customizations if required and coordinating the activity of the development of the Payroll Interface between the Development Team and foreign payroll vendor.

- Contributes in the provision of functional expertise with issue resolution, investigation and/or solution identification, recommendation, configuration, unit testing and solution documentation.

Responsibilities:

- Functional Project Plan execution.

- Prepare functional specifications, including design and configuration details ensuring consistency in coding and naming conventions.

- Identify causes, relationships, implications and solutions in relation to HCM functionality and Visteon HR Business processes.

- Identify custom requirements and document change control requests.

- Identify Data Privacy and other legal requirements.

- Lead the identification of Payroll Interface Requirements and liaise with local HR and IT contacts.

- Work with consultants to facilitate the testing of Payroll Interface if necessary.

- Identify Query Requirements for end user populations.

- Gather Security Requirements for end user populations.

- Training delivery and support to end user population.

Requirements:

- Strong PeopleSoft HCM application experience with specific knowledge of 9.1

- Experience with PeopleSoft Payroll Interface and general payroll processing knowledge

- Prior implementation and upgrade experience

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Strong presentation skills the ability to set, manage and satisfy internal customer requirements.

- Strong project management skills.

- Comfortable in the delivery of training sessions.
