Exp - 3-8 years.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Should be an independent contributor. Willing to take explore new areas and work with the client independently with strong communication skills.

- Should play support role as a functional consultant. Should have familiarity with Data Structures in PSFT required to troubleshoot

Product Support Analyst

Manage Incidents and Problems. Provide RCA. Standard manages services Activities.
