Job Description

- Work with clients to put together ERP road map strategy, design business solutions

- Track and develop business opportunities

- Conducting the solution design workshops, gathering and documenting functional specification and planning.

- Develop project implementation plans and track progress against it

- Guide the team on functional Configuration of PeopleSoft/Oracle apps modules

- Involved in multiple ERP transformation projects

- business process re-engineering

- Work with customers on charting out their PeopleSoft/Oracle apps roadmap.

- Performs solution reviews and risk assessments

- Product demonstration

Educational Qualification: MBA / CA

Location: Bangalore

Skills:

The incumbent

- should have done at least 2 implementations in Peoplesoft HCM / FSCM or Oracle Apps finance

- Experience in Business Development / Proposals / Estimation, etc.

- Presales experience / Presentation skills would be a big PLUS

- Client-facing / Good communication

- ERP Project management experience
