Job Description :
PeopleLink is an OEM in video conferencing space. PeopleLink promotes its hardware and software products through partner organizations. Business Development Manager is also a technical consultant because of his expertise in PeopleLink's products. Hence the role of Business Development Manager is:
1. To identify potential partner organizations that can take our products to customers.
2. Nurture the partner organization in on boarding, training and fulfilling sales of our products.
3. Train partners on technical aspects of the product, train partner sales on business aspects of the sale.
4. Understand in depth the product portfolio of PeopleLink to develop technical solutions for our partner's end customer. Be a technical consultant for our partner.
5. Assist partner in demoing and selling the product to end customer.
6. Help partner with leads and assist in the growth of partner's business.
7. Individually develop sales leads that can be passed on to partner for fulfillment.
Education: Engineering & MBA preferred
Experience: over 4 years of experience & Experience in VC & AV space is a added advantage. Experience in Channel partner space will help
Competency: quick learner especially in software, oral communication to take up partner training, written communication to assist in training and presentation to end customer. Analytical skills and problem-solving attitude
Work Experience Required : 4-8 years
