Responsibilities:  Project Planning:  - Estimate timelines, schedule activities and provide risk management inputs on various projects  - Coordinate plans between project teams and monitor resource use  Project Performance Management:  - Publish dashboards and reports to track project performance  - Create and execute a project information system and/or scorecard  - Highlight time and resource overruns on projects  - Highlight red flags on critical activities  Data & Reporting:  - Capture accurate data on project performance and reconcile data from various sources  - Participate in project review calls and ensure availability and understanding of project status reports by all stakeholders   Work Experience: 3-6 Years of experience in a PMO role with the Project Team of a large organization (Accenture, Hewitt, IBM candidates preferred)   Interactions: Liaise with Project team to get the updates and communicate red flags. Frequent interactions with Project team members and management review committee.
