What would you do at peel works :

You will not be assigned to a particular team or a project. You will work on different tasks each day. Some days, you may build statistical models that would help our clients to transform their sales force, or generate shopper insights for FMCG brands leading to better consumer engagement.

There will also be days when you would be extracting and cleaning data and generating standard reports. In doing these tasks, you will have the opportunity to work with and to learn from a bunch of motivated and bright people with years of experience across fields.

Who are we looking for :

We prefer you have a degree in a quantitative field, but we do not care if you went to an IIT or to a small town college. You should have strong analytical aptitude and be good with numbers.

You would ideally have 6 months to 2 years experience in analytics, FMCG or consulting and have tried your hands on R, SAS, SQL and Excel.

You should be willing to learn, able to work individually and within a team and should be able to deal with ambiguities.
