Role Title : Product Manager

Reports to : Director Marketing

Location : Corporate office, New Delhi

Purpose :

- The incumbent's responsibilities are to handle new program development & develop marketing strategy.

Responsibilities :

- Develop Marketing Strategy

- Develop academic program marketing strategy in consultation with sales management team

- Define target audience and influencer groups, focus geographies, preferred media - program group wise

- Develop communication strategy, advertising and promotion initiatives and spends - traditional, online and on-ground initiatives

- Competitive analysis and UPES brand positioning

- New program development and research in consultation with the academics and career services team

- Conduct product training for sales team as well the call centre team

Implementation of Marketing Strategy :

- Co- achieve with the sales team, targeted form sales and enrollments - program group wise

- Support the sales team in implementation of on-ground initiatives

- Create program awareness, preference and build university brand among key interest groups - students, parents, counsellors, coaching institutes

Plan, execute and monitor integrated lead generation campaigns across various platforms :

- Print, Radio, TV

- Digital - SEO, SMM, EDM (emailers)

- Mobile platform

- Monitor the leads conversion, ensure enough leads are being fed into the pipeline to ensure eventual targeted conversions

- Ensure timely preparation of all marketing collaterals through partner agencies - presentations, films, leaflets, brochures, posters, standees

- Preparation of event specific branding material for outreach initiatives being planned by the sales team

- Develop correspondence for various initiatives - Selection process, GD PI invitation letters, offer letters, reminders

- Monitor and guide Call Centre deliveries for the relevant program group

- Data handling, analysis and marketing analytics support to the sales management team

- Monitoring the website interface with respect to content, announcements and results

- Monthly analysis of secondary and primary sales data for brand handled

Minimum Requirements :

Education/ Experience :

- Degree in marketing management from a reputed institute

- At least 5 years work experience in product management and / or in advertising. Preferred industries - Advertising / Design / FMCG / Fashion

- Outstanding interpersonal skills to be able to liaise with different departments and external support partners in advertising, research and social media

- Self-starter who truly enjoys working in a fast-paced, innovative environment with complete ownership.

- Passionate about design, innovation, technology, with strong written and verbal communication skills
