ROLE: Business Analyst

REPORTING RELATIONSHIP: Head - Operations

PURPOSE

This role involves investigating the company's activities to make them more efficient. Identify areas that need to improve, optimize systems and process. Provide business intelligence and various reports to various stakeholders that will enable them to make to act on the information. The employee will play a key role by testing systems and providing competitive commercial solutions. This can involve inventing new systems or revamping existing areas of the business, such as academic systems, increasing productivity and decreasing operating expenses.

RESPONSIBILITIES

- Responsible for preparation of business plans of the company

- Provide Business support to facilitate gathering, interpreting and conveying operational information in an analytical manner which supports profit-planning

- Project the expected cost for the following year and also for every quarter in the financial year.

- Profitability analysis of products

- Identifying areas for process improvements to enhance quality

- Planning & Analysis for organization

- Planning, periodical reviewing and forecasting.

- Define and document business function and processes

- Use the fundamentals of operational data analysis as well as can help in organizing and planning

- Identify opportunities in identifying business processes

- Create & analyze dashboards which will enable various stake-holders to make key decisions

- Create a monthly MIS report, for various stake-holders

- Record and monitor various spends vs budgeted

- Work closely with the IT Team to create systems, which can advise various levels of management to make key decisions

KEY DELIVERABLES

- Create systems to improve operational efficiency leading to positive EBITDA impact.

- Implementation and monitoring of operational dash boards

- Provide monthly MIS reports

- Communicate and engage with key stake-holders, various project teams to implement new systems and processes.
