Key Responsibilities :  - Implementation of the Training policy and complete training administration.  - Identify training needs and designing of training modules.  - Excellent in designing and delivery of service and support content.   - Planning and executing the training schedule and TNI sessions for specific batches.  - Forecasting the training requirements and framing the schedule accordingly  - Measure the training outcomes and maintaining training records, analyze training records/feedback   - Continuous process improvement & working very closely with all the stake holders operations   - Facilitate the recruitment and continuous development of trainers and facilitators to support various learning initiatives  Desired Profile :  - Must have taken care of end to end capability building, starting from TNI to module development to imparting.  - Should have good exposure in customer service and behavioral trainings.  - Must have taken care of analysis of outcomes, development plan and ROI  - Experience on e-commerce will be added advantage  - Should have worked as Training Manager in Customer service environment for one year
