JD :

- As a product manager for Seller experience in the Paytm's travel marketplace team, you will be driving highly impact-full products that affect millions of consumers & thousands of sellers in India.

- We are looking for 2 main traits in a Paytm product manager. Someone who can adapt to change, Someone who can figure out ways to get it done instead of thinking "can it be done "

What you'll be doing :

- Define product strategy and road-map for building one of the best Seller experience in the world

- Partner with Business Development and Seller Ops teams to understand seller pain points that can be addressed via tech

- Create detailed product requirement documents and wire-frames to capture all possible use cases for the given solution/feature being implemented

- Work cross-functionally to manage bottlenecks, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great seller experiences.

- Work closely with engineering, design and UI teams to ensure they have complete clarity on the product requirements

- Own all aspects of the product from conception, and drive it through development testing, acceptance and adoption

- Define and track metrics that measure performance and impact of launched products & features, Keep monitoring seller/user feedback to loop back into the product development process

- Clearly communicate the product plans & benefits to all the relevant stakeholders & involve them in crucial decision making

Skills :

- Launched successful internet/mobile products

- Good design & product taste, high on creativity and attention to detail

- Extremely data driven, strong metric orientation

- Ability to be innovative and turn ambiguous problem spaces into clear solutions

- Ability to drive results in a collaborative, cross-functional environment with little instruction or oversight

- Strong bias for action

- Should be a bar raiser

- Deep understanding of Customer needs

- Entrepreneurial spirit, with a thirst for learning

- Excellent written and verbal communication

- Preferably an MBA from tier-1 institute
