He/she will collaborate with merchant acquisition team, outbound marketing team and store managers to drive acquisitions, conversions and repeat visits through various promotions, offers & special marketing initiatives. We'd require our Analytics expert to be data savvy and have his/her marketing decisions based on deep analytics.  Key Responsibilities  - Lead the execution of seasonal, tactical & strategic marketing plans on Paytm marketplace across desktop & mobile with the single minded objective of increasing conversions.  - Demonstrate a competency for data-driven decision making for products & deal placement and promotional planning, executing and optimizing content to deliver on marketing business objectives  - Work closely with Merchandising, outbound marketing, Creative, and engg team in order to effectively drive various campaigns on Paytm marketplace  - Continuously monitor ongoing campaign performance and optimize future promotions and improve overall marketing effectiveness  - Develop and maintain a site calendar that includes all promotions, content updates and feature releases important to increase the uptake of various offers  - Map the competition and implement counter marketing campaigns   These are a must have and we'd love it if you:  - Have 3-5 years of experience; passion for eCommerce and a background in promotional marketing  - Have experience with a large online shopping company  - Have proven experience in building effective cross-functional team relationships, including prior experience working with Creative & Design teams  - Possess strong communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate objectives, strategies, tactics and meaningful measurement  - Are decisive, action-oriented and data driven  - Have experience extracting and interpreting data using web & mobile analytics tools
