Paytm is hiring for City Heads for multiple locations.

Major Loctions will be Patna, Ranchi, Kokata, Bhopal, Ahmadabad, Rajkot, Vadodara, Aurangabad, Mumbai, Nagpur & Pune.

Job Description

- Define norms for channel penetration for the targeted geographies

- Conduct market mapping in the select geographies to scope distribution potential and width capacity.

- Drive channel on boarding basis selection criteria to ensure quality.

- Build channel capability through delivery of training to channel partner. Deploy merchandise to create visibility for brand at the point of sale.

- Ramp-up customer acquisition whilst ensuring adherence to quality and other regulatory norms. Ensure availability of cash/ digital cash at the outlets to ensure high levels of customer serviceability.

- Engage channel through sales incentives/ schemes to drive brand preference.

- Drive channel profitability, focus on channel churn management.

- Scope for potential distribution/channel alliances to further distribution expansion in targeted geographies.

- Onboard teams with relevant experience and skill sets and maintain pipeline of quality resources. Manage people performance, career aspirations and career progression.

- Deliver and exceed on defined business KPIs for geography.
