- The HRBP will partner with business teams to develop an in-depth understanding of business environment and own a shared responsibility for delivery of people related business goals.   - He/she will act as the key HR contact for assigned business groups & will accountable for HR generalist responsibilities including workforce planning, on-boarding, talent management, exit management, employee relations, development and roll-out of learning and development initiatives, performance management etc.   Specific Accountabilities include :  Organization structure & Job Descriptions :   - Periodic up-dation of the organizational structure to reflect business realities  - Partner with business to continually improve on Job description repositories. Identify role-wise competencies and standardize across teams  Workforce planning : Facilitate manpower planning process to arrive at optimized headcount across business verticals (incl off-rolls). Collaborate with business leadership and talent acquisition teams to ensure timely closure of headcount plans.   - New employee On-boarding & induction : Facilitate early to productivity and assimilation of new joinees through a consistent on-boarding and induction  Performance Management : Drive effective implementation of the PMS through  - Timely completion of the goal setting process with clearly defined goals cascaded across levels  - Ensure periodic review of priorities cascade to reflect changing business needs  - Coach managers on carrying out objective performance assessment and have open performance dialogue with teams delivering effective feedback  - Track and monitor performance and productivity indicators and facilitate necessary actions including PIP and termination  Employee engagement initiatives : Proactively identify, initiate and lead projects to drive employee engagement & retention  - Facilitate opportunities to drive understanding and shared ownership of Paytm's vision, values, plans and culture through team town-halls, skip level meetings etc  - Drive Accolades (R&R) platform adoption  - Facilitate process for structured conversations in case of transitioning employees between current and new manager and employee  - Management of employee relations ensuring fair & speedy grievance redressal   HR Analytics : Drive data led decision-making through periodic report out of key people metrics. Monitor attrition levels and implement innovative attrition control mechanism  Talent Management : Identify talent and organizational issues, and partner with managers to design and implement solutions  Policy Administration : Help administer One97/Paytm people policies policies and ensure that they are being followed and that exceptions are being handled accordingly.
