The Sr. Manager - Marketing will be responsible for helping develop and execute a world-class communication and marketing plan that positions PayMate as the preeminent provider of B2B payment and credit solutions.   Brand Management :  - Manage the brand ensuring that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies, brand standards and overall marketing goals.  - Coordinate flow of information and communication and disseminate it according to plan/strategy.  - Ensure all copyright and brand standards are maintained in promotional materials  Content Management :  - Full responsibility to create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials and content development.  - Full responsible for all content on corporate website.  - Create and deliver content via social media channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, blog, email, or direct mail.  - Maintain and publish a content calendar.  - Develop case studies, customer testimonials and white papers.   Events Management :   - Maintain an events calendar  - Work with management to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget.  - Work with management to identify and events and conferences with potential opportunities to exhibit, sponsor and/or attend such events.  - Full responsibility to manage event participation and logistics for events/conferences.   Public Relations Management :  - Promote PayMate products and services through public relations initiatives.  - Develop marketing communications campaigns and work with business units to develop fresh story ideas and other content to be used externally.  - Create and deliver press releases, media relations content, case studies, white papers, executive bios, corporate newsletter content, social media content, and speaking proposals.  - Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key media contacts and customer references.  - Maintain contact details for key media/trade contacts and outreach  - Help in the hiring and managing external PR agency.  - Research media coverage for industry and competitive trends.  - Improve communication efficiencies within company, including but not limited to providing content and creative design support for corporate communications and   - Create and distribute customer surveys.  Manage External Service providers  - Including but not limited to PR agencies, printers, independent content writers, video producers, events logistics providers, etc.
