Reporting to : Product Management   Number Of Reports : Individual Contributor role   Location : Mumbai - Santacruz   Objective : Responsible for product definition, development, launch, adoption, operations and success of the consumer product offerings.   Key Responsibilities :   - Responsible for Product Innovations and Product Ideations   - Responsible for Product Lifecycle from Concept to Deployment including flow charts, features, scripting, documentation, etc.   - Take end-to-end ownership of the product line, identify market requirements, define the product vision, create preliminary design concepts and drive the implementation of the overall product roadmap.   - Execute. Collaborate with engineering, marketing, IT, customer support, finance, and other cross functional groups to align and execute the product roadmap.   - Will work on wireframes along with UX team from wireframes to visual design.   - Actively manage the acquisition and engagement of new customers for your applications. Drive your business by metrics.   - Work with and motivate cross-functional teams to execute and over-achieve. Lead by example.   - Manage and track project plans for the Roadmap with on-time deliveries as per committed dates. Address operational issues promptly.   Job Specification :   Years Of Experience/AGE : 3-5 years/25-30 years   Qualification : Technical Bachelor's degree (MBA or other Master's preferred) or equivalent experience preferred.   Target Industries : Companies operating in the internet/e-commerce space.   - Companies operating in the B2B and/or B2C space offering payments and financial services products.   - Banking/ Finance/ Consumer FinTech products/ B2B FinTech products   Previous Experience :   - 4+ years of professional work experience   - 2+ years of product management experience   Competencies :   Technical & Strategic :   - Passionate about building world class products on the web / mobile   - Understanding of mobile OSs, SDK, API, App servers, and analytics.   - Experience preparing and implementing BRD and NPI.   - Background in software engineering   - Experience in fast-paced environments with overlapping projects/deliverables   - Work experience in the internet / e-Commerce industry is preferred   Behavioral Competencies :   - Passion for elegant mobile experiences   - "Roll-up-your-sleeves" entrepreneurial, startup attitude   - Natural ability to relate to and deeply understand customer needs   - Outstanding written and oral communication skills   - Strong organizational and analytical skills
