The founding team brings over 25 years of experience in running successful fin-tech and AI companies that have processed over US$2B in transactions with top clients including Salesforce.com, Morningstar.com, and NTT Europe.

We are looking for an experienced head of sales & business development that has a proven successful track record selling enterprise software and services to banks and other financial institutions in India and worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

- Ongoing Market research & coming up with strategies to drive the revenue for the entire company.

- Identify and execute strategic partnerships and alliances.

- Setting up demand generation channels to aid sales funnel.

- Recruiting additional sales/marketing team members, as required.

- Handling complete Pre Sales & Prospecting Cycle.

- Lead Generation using remote channels; e-mail, telecalling, Webex, Skype, Linked-in etc.

- Coordinating and handling product demonstrations.

- Proposal drafting and prospect interactions.

- Managing commercial negotiations with prospects.

- Sales Cycle Closure.

- Post Sales Coordination and Sales Account Handling.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- 5+ years of experience in sales of enterprise software and services to banks and other financial institutions, preferably in India but also worldwide.

- Proven ability to develop and manage sales opportunities from beginning to end including qualification, proposal, final selection, due diligence and closing.

- Must have the ability to develop and sustain effective new business relationships with clients in order to leverage and set up effective commercial deals.

- Must possess excellent people / communication / presentation skills.

- High degree of English verbal & written communication effectiveness; ability to converse with and present to CXO level contacts.
