The role has primary P&L responsibility and requires partnering with internal functions to drive performance.  - The candidate will contribute to the development of the organization's strategic goals including driving revenue enhancing and cost optimizing strategies, handling Treasury Forecasting and investment optimization decisions.  - Comprehensive finance decision support to Senior Management including in-depth analysis of monthly results and highlight any significant variances to Management on a timely manner.  - Lead the annual operational planning process and the long term forecasting process.  - Support the business negotiations for new deals/ partnership evaluation.  - Driving Revenue enhancing and Cost optimising strategies.  - Handling Treasury Forecasting and support in Investment decisions.  - Support other ad-hoc projects/new business initiatives  Experience Required:  7 years Experience in Financial planning and financial processing  Academia	: CA/MBA from Top B School
