Position: BD & Sales Professional (Prior Exp. in Digital Marketing is Must)  Job Description: Analysis Role  - Planning company level implementation of upcoming technologies and develop knowledge by involving technical R&D team. Provide research based business insights and knowledge support for industry specific standards.  - Acquire in depth knowledge of our products, software and solutions.  - Understanding and identify the requirements of new products and services to potentially lead the market.  - Develop innovative product ideas per specific client requirements.  - Help in identification of new markets for the products and services, and drive sales.  Marketing Role:  - Positioning of the company in front of clients, partners and in conferences responsible for identifying & developing New Business Partners.  - Creating and maintaining strong, long term and profitable customer relationships and nurture customer satisfaction.  - Cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services, generate new business leads and arrange meetings.  - Marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature and through attending industry events.  - Developing effective sales and marketing plans for products.  Generating new leads:  - Develop and implement short & long term sales strategies to grow revenue.  - Help in preparing business plans for monthly, quarterly and annual time frames.  - Managing the Sales Process (Product Sales, Services Sales)  Education Qualification and Key Requirements:  Experience: 5+ years experience in digital marketing and business development in the software industry.  Qualification: B.Tech (CS / IT) with MBA  Mandatory Skills:  - Excellent Communication Skills,  - Candidate must be from the Software Industry.   - Having prior experience in Digital Marketing.  - Open to work in challenging environment.
