Hiring for the one of the top 100 fortune US based company.  Role : Patent Specialist  Looking for talent with below skill set,  Exp. - 3 - 6 Yrs  Education - B.E (Chemical Engineer)  - Unique position for providing support to patent application preparation and prosecution efforts. Primarily hands on interaction with US attorneys and US and Indian inventors to obtain global patent protection for chemical engineering, chemical, and software enabled inventions.   - Interact with inventors and business representatives to understand inventions and their importance in industry. Assist US attorneys in describing inventions in written patent applications including drawings. Assist US attorneys in analyzing Official Office Actions and preparing explanations of features of the invention to Examiners in numerous Patent and Trademark Offices.   - Includes drafting portions of patent applications and responses to Official Actions from Patent and Trademark offices around the world. Conduct preliminary reviews of patentability and freedom to practice search results. Potential advancement to supervisory role.  - Training provided to learn basic patent concepts, patent procedures, patenting techniques, and general persuasive writing and reasoning skills through direct on-the-job interaction with Indian Patent Agent and US attorneys. Must be willing to travel to the US if opportunity arises. Must be willing to work hours that overlap with US work hours.  - Candidate must have strong scientific and technical background and ability to quickly understand new inventions, identify key issues, and efficiently execute required tasks independently or in conjunction with others. Communication skills and particularly strong writing skills are highly valued.   - Flexibility and ability to smoothly move from one technology to another are a plus. Must be able to independently explore features of the invention through discussions with inventors and business representatives to understand inventions and their importance in industry.
