Secure funds for existing and new projects   2. Identify possibilities and make strategies for short and long term impact   3. Conceptualize and write large scale proposals (narrative and budgets) to national and international private and public donors/partners.   4. Follow-up, meeting with partners and identifying new strategies  5. Liaison and negotiate with partners and funding agencies both nationally and internationally   Qualification:  Good educational qualifications - Post graduate/ Doctorate or equivalent in Development, Social Work, Economics, Sociology, Environment and other relevant disciplines from a premier institute.   Essential Skills  1. Good writing skills for national and international donors and equally supported with relevant experience in the areas of the development sector for 7-12 years is extremely crucial.  2. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills  3. Prior experience of fund mobilization and business development   4. Prior experience working with state and central government development programs as well as international donor agencies (desirable).
